Infinite Print
Privacy Policy
1. What Personally Identifiable Information Is Collected
We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it — through our website, email, phone, or messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger. “Personally identifiable information” means data unique to an individual, such as a name, address, phone number, or email address.
When purchasing a product or requesting a quote, we may ask for:
- Name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
- Project details (product type, quantity, size, design files, timeline)
- Billing information for purchases (handled securely — see Section 4)
When you message us on Facebook Messenger, we may also receive your Facebook name and profile information as provided by Facebook’s platform. Our hosting provider may collect anonymous aggregate statistics (total visits, page hits, data transferred, IP addresses) but this is not linked to individual users.
2. Facebook Messenger & Automated Messaging
Infinite Print uses the Facebook Messenger Platform API to manage customer inquiries through our Facebook Page. When you send us a message on Facebook Messenger:
- Your initial message may be handled by an automated assistant before being reviewed by a member of our team
- Your conversation details (name, project info, files shared) may be reviewed by our staff to fulfill your request
- Your message data is subject to Facebook’s own Privacy Policy in addition to this Policy
We do not store Messenger conversations beyond what is necessary to respond to and fulfill your inquiry. We do not use Messenger conversations for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.
3. How the Information You Provide Is Used
Information you provide is used solely to:

4. Security of Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on our sites use an encrypted channel, take place on secure servers, and occur in real time. Your billing information is not shared with any other company. Your credit card number is not retained once your transaction has been authorized and processed, unless you explicitly grant permission to store it.
Please do not send payment information through Facebook Messenger, email, or any unencrypted channel. For billing questions, contact us at info@InfinitePrint.com.
5. Security of Communications
Unless we expressly advise otherwise, standard email and messaging communications are not fully encrypted. Like all unencrypted internet communications, messages could potentially be accessed while in transit. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through unencrypted channels.
While we strive to protect your personal information, Infinite Print, LLC cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us. Once received, we use commercially reasonable efforts to secure it on our internal systems.
6. Disclosure Through Business Transfers
As our business develops, we may buy, merge, or partner with other companies. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets. Similarly, if a portion or substantially all of InfinitePrint.com’s assets are transferred to a third party, information you have voluntarily provided — including your email address — may be among the transferred assets.
